Then place it right side up on your altar or table and water drips slowly from her vase into the top dragons mouth, down into the 2nd and then into the bottom dragon.
Kuan Yin, Kuan Yin, Kwan Yin, Guan Yin, Guan Yin, all are short for Kuan-shi Yin which means Observing the Sounds of the world. She is the Chinese Bodhisattva/Goddess of compassion mercy and kindness. She holds a vase of pure water in her left hand. She hears the cries and prayers of the people, particularly children. She is sometimes depicted with a dragon which symbolizes wisdom, power and transformation.
