Spring season is finally here in the Northern Hemisphere and, here in Calgary, we will soon see the end of snow. I can hardly wait for the warmer weather, sun, trees budding, flowers emerging, the beautiful sights, sounds and feeling of spring and new beginnings. This is the time of renewal and new growth.

When spring cleaning, smudge your house to get rid of any old stagnant energy to make way for the new. The smoke of white sage is said to draw positive spirits and discourage the presence of any unwanted energy.
