Chrysoprase To Dissolve Worry

This is the story of my experience with Chrysoprase and how it helped me let go of worry and anxiety. When you think about it, worry is really just self-inflicted stress and we can do something about that. The one thing you can count on when you worry is, you block what you want to come in. Yes! It keeps it away, so why worry?

This is the story of my experience with Chrysoprase and how it helped me let go of worry and anxiety. When you think about it, worry is really just self-inflicted stress and we can do something about that. The one thing you can count on when you worry is, you block what you want to come in. Yes! It keeps it away, so why worry?

The crystal I used was Chrysoprase, a nice soft green stone that comes from Namibia and Australia. Working with this crystal can help you let go of worry and it also cleanses all the chakras and leaves you feeling squeaky clean! Kind of like doing a spring cleaning.

I want share my experience with you and the process I went through which helped me tremendously! A few years ago the economy here tanked and business declined. This, of course, was very worrying and started me wondering if the store was going to make it. I let my worrying get in the way of my personal life and even making decisions. Instead of making those decisions, I did nothing and that can be catastrophic depending on your situation. I allowed myself to worry so much I started thinking I was going to be out on the street. Which then started me wondering about how does that even happen? Do people just walk away from everything? And where do they even go? What would that be like? You can see how worrying can feed on itself, giving you the worst case scenarios and stops you from seeing anything positive, from making decisions to turn things around.

This is when I gave myself the proverbial kick in the butt! I realized that my worrying was bringing more worry and it was feeding off itself. Well HELLO! Of course it does. It’s a negative emotion! It made me feel immobilized. So I said to myself, you have all this knowledge about crystals and hundreds of them at your fingertips, why aren’t you using them? So that’s when I started to do something about it. Just making that small decision helped me a lot!

I used Chrysoprase. Each time I started to worry, I picked up my stone and carried it in my pocket. You don’t need a huge piece, just the size to be able to carry it. The thing with worry is, we don’t do it just for an hour or a day, we sometimes worry for days and even weeks at a time. It is immobilizing. So carrying it with you all day and sleeping with it under your pillow at night, during the whole process of a worry session is essential. I found it very comforting and calming. Once I found I wasn’t worrying, or the worry session as I call it, had ended, I would cleanse my crystal and put it away. Each time I found myself starting to worry I would pick it up and do it all over again.

Eventually the time in between worry sessions got further and further apart. Now I find I'm not worrying.

I am not going to lie, this process does NOT happen overnight. However if you commit to it, you won't be sorry you did. It took me approximately a year and a half of working with Chrysoprase and I haven’t picked it up since! By committing to the process of working with the crystal during the worry sessions, helped me REALLY let worry go. I feel so much better and lighter, like I’ve lifted a huge load off my shoulders. When you aren’t worrying, your energy and your mind are clear, you feel good about what you’re doing and your self-confidence rises. A great benefit! It is a great antidepressant and also helps with joy, happiness, self-growth, self-love and, interestingly, self-expression, empowerment and teaching. It certainly did all of that for me.
