Anhydrite - The Angelic Gem

Angelite is a type of Anhydrite which is in the Gypsum family. These are crystals that should not be cleansed in water as it can change the composition and possibly dissolve them. To cleanse place on a Quartz or Amethyst cluster, bury in dry sea salt, smudge or place in a singing bowl and play. They are both a soft blue stone or crystal and have a connection to Angels and Angelic communication.
Angel Wing Anhydrite
Angel Wing Anhydrite, from Mexico, is a very soft blue crystal that grows in fan shaped blades that resemble Angel Wings. Its purpose is to help us connect with the Angelic Realms and Angels. Placing it on the 3rd eye or crown chakras can help to clear the mind, increase intuition and Angelic communication. Holding one of these crystals not only helps you connect with Angels, it opens a two-way communication channel between you and the Angelic Realm.
Angelite
Angelite is originally from Peru (called Angelita) and was only discovered in the late 1980's. It has since been found in Egypt, Germany, Libya, Mexico, Poland and the UK. Angelite is a type of Anhydrite (meaning lack of water) which has been compressed over millions of years.
Angelite has soft, sweet peaceful energy that is very calming to the emotions. Carrying it on a daily basis will bring calming and serene energy into your aura blocking any negative energy you may encounter. Put under your pillow at night for a peaceful night's sleep.
It resonates with the Throat, 3rd Eye and Crown chakras helping to open, connect and communicate physically and spiritually with the people in your life, Angelic realms, spirit guides and deceased loved ones. For some it can bring awareness of their intuitive abilities and for others can increase them.
Angelite has been helpful in losing weight, inflammation in the throat, shrinking tumours in the head, thyroid issues and grief from loss of loved ones. Please remember when using crystal healing energy that it is not meant to replace medical advice or treatment.
In crystal healing, place a piece on the Throat, 3rd Eye and/or Crown chakras to open and connect their energies. Just above the piece at the Crown chakra, place a double terminated Quartz to help the energy to flow in both directions. This helps to connect to the crystals' energy and Angelic knowledge in a deeper more profound way.
